Bungalow Germering

Bungalow Germering
This L-shaped bungalow from the 1960s was knocked down to its foundation walls by Arnold / Werner, gutted and then rebuilt to the old floor plan. The use of a mansard roof provided additional space for two generously sized nursery rooms, an office and a bathroom. Kurt Tillich provided support with the structural shell and engineering. The kitchen and entire interior design of the 250 m2 building – as well as the 80 m2 terrace, the numerous outdoor installations and the carport – were also completed by Arnold / Werner. The bungalow offers heated flooring and an open fireplace for high levels of comfort, and also boasts a visually appealing polished concrete floor.
